Run registration can be accomplished through a variety of methods. Fees vary, depending on your method, timing and competition level. For the first time, the 2008 run featured computer chips for runners in the Competitive category.

To facilitate the distribution of the computer chips, ALL COMPETITIVE registrations must be done online .

2008 Post-Run Information

• Bring your Run number (or post 3-10-08 registration Email confirmation) to get your shirt now at Rio Syrup Company (2311 Chestnut) from 9:00 am - 5:00pm through March 28, 2008 - or while still available.
• We are also collecting Timing Chips at Rio Syrup Company through March 21, 2008.

  Standard Registration Information
  
• The Run begins at 9:00 am, not 9:30 as was the case before 2007.
• T-shirts will be available for pickup beginning March 3, for everyone who has received a Run number. Bring your Run number to Rio Syrup Company, Inc from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. On Run morning, runners can pick up shirts at the Run Check-in, at 8th & Market Streets, beginning at 7:30 am, while supplies last. They will not be available at the check-in location after the Run, or during the Parade. Contact us for details on how to pick up your shirt during the weeks after the Run, if you don't receive one beforehand.
• Only Competitive Runners will get timing chips and have their times recorded and published. If you would like to see your time published, you should register as a competitive runner. Competitive registration ends on March 9.
• Competitive runners' chips must be returned at the conclusion of the run. There is a $30 fee for un-returned chips.
• If you registered online after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday March 11, your race number will not be mailed. Please PRINT YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION RECEIPT and bring it to Rio Syrup Company from 10:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. through Friday March 14, to pick up your run number and t-shirt (while supplies last). Or, bring your receipt to the RUN CHECK-IN, at 8th and Market Streets, on the morning of the race, from 7:30 - 8:30am. This is one block east of the starting line. You may not receive a shirt on Saturday, and if so, one will be made available on a later date. Check back here for more details the week of March 17.  DON'T FORGET YOUR E-MAIL CONFIRMATION!
